Univest: enterprise web for paints & coatings

Corporate website development for The United Industrial Investments Company (UNIVEST): a content-rich, bilingual-ready platform showcasing DYRUP and partner brands, decorative and industrial portfolios, a digital catalogue library, events and news, blog, colour visualizer, and lead capture tuned for a manufacturer operating at scale since 1976.

The client

Saudi paints & coatings at industrial scale

Univest (The United Industrial Investments Company) is a 100% Saudi-owned manufacturer founded in 1976 in Riyadh. The group produces paints, coatings, wood finishes, and industrial adhesives at multiple plants, with flagship brand DYRUP and additional lines including A.D, BESTALL, STIK-TITE, and SIPCO (industrial, acquired 2006). UNIVEST is a subsidiary of Alliance Holding Company and serves construction, telecom, and industrial clients across the Kingdom and export markets. The public site reflects that scale: animated company stats, factory and warehouse storytelling, certification galleries (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, SASO), named project references, alliance and client logo marquees, and ongoing news on the Events hub, from National Day celebrations and showroom openings to distributor programmes and quality milestones. Bytelogic partnered on the corporate digital platform: architecture, UX, and implementation so marketing, product, and CSR teams can publish credibly to enterprise buyers and consumers alike.

The challenge

One brand, many product lines and audiences

  • Present decorative paints and industrial coatings in one coherent experience without overwhelming visitors
  • Host a large catalogue set (Diyar, Konooz, Leno, Dyroof, texture lines, wood and metal ranges, and more) as browsable, maintainable pages rather than static PDFs alone
  • Support bilingual English and Arabic publishing with locale-aware routing and RTL-ready layout patterns
  • Surface trust signals: CEO message, milestones, certifications, factory capacity (50,000+ tons annually), logistics, and major project credits
  • Keep news and HR milestones fresh via an events module (showrooms, ISO ceremonies, employee recognition, campaigns)
  • Connect marketing CTAs (contact forms, toll-free support, WhatsApp colour consultation and floating chat) to everyday sales and service workflows
  • Link the main site to the standalone colour visualizer tool without breaking brand continuity
  • Deliver performance-friendly media at global CDN quality for image-heavy galleries and hero video
The solution

Modular corporate site & content systems

Bytelogic delivered website development as a modular corporate platform: homepage storytelling, deep About and brand pages, portfolio taxonomies, catalogue hub, blog, events, CSR, DIY guidance, and contact, all structured for long-term editorial control.

Approach & engagement

Enterprise content, phased delivery

Delivery followed a corporate web programme: sitemap and component library aligned to UNIVEST’s brand hierarchy, then iterative builds for portfolio depth, catalogue migration, and editorial modules. Media was organized for CDN delivery so counters, marquees, and full-bleed galleries stay responsive. Integrations such as maps, social links, and the visualizer subdomain were wired without fragmenting navigation or SEO structure.

Outcome

Live platform for a coatings leader

UNIVEST now operates a live corporate web platform at univest.com.sa that matches its market position: heritage since 1976, modern product launches, ISO-certified operations, and regional expansion stories published through Events. Specifiers and homeowners can explore portfolios and catalogues, read technical and lifestyle content, launch the colour visualizer, and reach the team through forms and WhatsApp. Bytelogic’s build gives UNIVEST a durable digital foundation for bilingual growth across the Kingdom.
